Necessary storage

We use necessary storage for sign-in and security, to remember your cookie choice, and to provide features you request, such as saved homes, comparisons, search, messaging, and maps. Authentication values follow the validity of your session and tokens. Other feature values may remain until you change them or clear your browser data. Rejecting optional storage does not disable these requested functions.

Optional preferences

With your permission, we remember workspace layout preferences between visits. These preferences are off until you accept them. If you reject them later, the site removes the stored layout preferences when it next reads your choice; you can still adjust the layout during your current visit. We do not enable advertising storage.

Optional analytics on the buyer website

If you allow Analytics and heatmaps, Microsoft Clarity measures visits, clicks, scrolling and page performance, and replays browsing interactions to help us improve the buyer website. This option is separate from workspace preferences and is off until you choose it. Older layout-only choices do not grant analytics permission. Clarity is not activated on the agent website.

Recording is limited to buyer browsing pages. Private account, messaging and financial-input pages are excluded, and private panels on browsing pages are masked. We do not send custom account identifiers or message text as analytics events. Clarity processes browsing information to provide its analytics service.

Clarity may set _clck to recognize a browser on this site and _clsk to connect page views into a recording session. We deny advertising storage. Microsoft's services may also process browser identifiers under their own policies. See Microsoft's Clarity cookie information and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Choose and change your settings

You can select Reject optional, Accept all, or Customize when the cookie notice appears. Use Cookie settings in the footer or the cookie control on either site to change your choice at any time. Analytics choices are offered on the buyer site. Reject optional withdraws optional consent. Withdrawing analytics clears Clarity's first-party cookies. If the recording code has loaded, the buyer page also reloads to stop it.

We store your choice in the necessary cookie gn_cookie_consent_v1 for 180 days after you save it. It contains the consent version, save time, and optional-category choices, not your sign-in credentials. The buyer and agent sites share this choice in the same browser. Other browsers and devices need their own choice. We ask again if the choice expires or is cleared. If your browser blocks this cookie, your selection may only last for the current page.

Maps and external services

Our maps use Mapbox. Requests needed to display maps, authorize access, and account for map usage continue when you use a map; optional Mapbox performance metrics are disabled. See Mapbox's privacy information for its practices. Social media, app stores, and other external links take you to services with their own privacy and cookie policies. Your Got Nest cookie choice does not change settings on those services.

Browser and account controls

Your browser also lets you delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other requested features. Clearing browser data does not delete your Got Nest account or information held on our servers.

Cookie settings are separate from AI profiling and account data controls. Visit Privacy Choices for those controls, or use your signed-in profile to manage your account.
